The 2025 City of Campbell River CitizenSatisfaction Survey is an opportunity to provide feedback on community services andinitiatives, and to help the Cityplan for the future.
The 2025 City of Campbell River Citizen Satisfaction Survey is now closed. Results will be shared in fall 2025.
A total of 1600 surveys were mailed to residents throughout Campbell River. Addresses were selected on a random sample basis, as it is important that we receive responses from a wide range of community members in neighbourhoods across the city. The survey was also made available online and in person at City Hall to ensure that all Campbell River residents had the opportunity to provide feedback.
Feedback will help inform upcoming budget discussions, and the decisions Council makes will determine the facilities, services, and programs available to community members for many years to come. Results will also help Administration when making recommendations to Council.
Survey responses will be kept anonymous; an independent firm will compile the results and present them to City Council in late fall 2025. Results will also be shared on this project page, on the City’s website at campbellriver.ca and on the City’s social media channels.
